Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We aren't the cheapest, but you will get QUALITY work when you go with us. We pride ourselves on being middle of the road with our pricing structure. We aren't too far out of reach for average people to work with, but if you are looking for us to race to the bottom for the price, we probably aren't your company. Our communication, customer experience and industry knowledge are well worth the money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We pride ourselves on being easy to work with and super responsive. First off, we listen to what our customers are saying and what they need from us. From that point, we get to work on finding a solution and trying to work within their budget. Once the job and price are lined out, we get everything in writing and schedule our pros to get to work. We're always here if you need us, if there are any concerns or issues - we will work with you on a solution.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Class A General Contractor in Douglas County Irrigation tech training

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started out as an irrigation tech at a major golf course while I was going through college. Through a journey of marketing and business development positions working in blue collar industries, I found my way back to running my own company and changing the way that property maintenance is done in Colorado. We are here to disrupt and do things better.

Residential Commercial Real Estate Agents Property Managers Government Agencies Schools HOA Communities

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Get everything in writing, make sure you are comfortable with the provider and they communicate with you in an open and timely manner.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Consider that going with the cheapest provider, doesn't always guarantee you the quality of work you are looking for. Find someone fairly priced, who stands behind their work and who you trust to do the job well.
