What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is value driven and custom tailored to fit any budget. We offer discounts on seasonal and promotional services, alway keep an eye out for a new deal!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Firstly we determine the needs of our clients, their can be no solution without first determining what the problem is. So whether it is something simple like lawn care or some thing complex like an installation. We have created a system that keeps our client's needs first with custom solutions to put them at ease regarding any project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Formal Education BA in Economics. Experience in all of our technical skills like such as lawn care and project management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Zach W our founder spent nearly 10 years in the restaurant industry while moonlighting as a landscape laborer. What he saw is that the landscaping industry has a major problem, poor customer service and bad communication. Though his experience as a bartender he has been able to put into practice a great customer service experience that puts our clients needs first.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds from small to large homeowners. All with their own needs, budgets and vision.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently completed a small project in the a new development in Lafayette, the project was exciting because the of all the different features that the homeowners were looking for, including a patio, a unique plant design and heavy duty vegetable garden boxed with sprinklers. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Start with something simple. If you have a need be sure that whoever you hire they can communicate a listen well. If you find after having a conversation with a pro and you don't know what you're going to get, from pricing to final results. I would be smart to find someone else.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is their vision. Non-negotiables. Expectations. Budget.
