Introduction

I have been in business since 2019, before that I served 6 years in the United States Air Force. I take pride in serving people and also take pride in my work. I can't promise that I can fix every problem but I can promise that I will not waste your time. Before I contact a customer I look at pictures provided to see if I can even tackle the job and if I can, I determine what will be the best way to accomplish the task. If you look our reviews you will see all the work that Vaco has done and the satisfied customers. We give discounts to essential workers, active duty, Veterans, and seniors citizens.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we like to understand what the customer wants, then we try to find an efficient way to get the job done. Then when the customer is satisfied on how we will tackle the problem then we start working.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am an Veteran who served 6 years in the Air Force. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, in Sacramento. What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all types of customers from happy, sad, and particular.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I remember putting up a 13ft. by 40ft. metal shed in Loma Rica. It took us almost a week to complete. The reason it took so long was every thing had to be put together using very small bolts with square nuts on the back. It was over 1000 small bolts and nuts.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice would be "cheaper is not always a good thing". Customers in my area complain about how they hired a certain handyman and he did not do a good job. "Mr *** **".

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How reliable is the help I am getting.
