What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I provide the customer with an estimate based on the type of work they need, and if the customer agrees we can start working same day or come back, depending on availability from both the customer and myself.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have many years of experience in landscaping and lawn care. I enjoy learning, and have tried to kept myself informed through videos and books as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began working alongside a contractor, and then went door to door offering my services, as well as marketing on facebook and other apps, such as Thumbtack. I am very grateful to be getting a lot of work through these avenues. first I worked with a contractor, then I went to knock on doors, to offer my services, publication on facebook, and other apps and so thank God he is blessing me with a lot of work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of clients and homes, including houses and apartment buildings. Yards or landscaping that only need regular maintenance, as well as clients who are looking for a bigger make over.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We worked on a large property recently where we did a deep clean, cutting and trimming bushes, cleaning concrete, spraying herbicide and removing trash from the property. It was a large job but the work was done by three people and in only 2 day. We have also done work cutting large trees for 2 or 3 days with 3 or 4 people.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

to go with punctual professional people, and pay what is fair
