What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I make the process simple and quick by giving you two options. I can schedule a time to give a onsite free quote or send us a few pictures of your front and back yard.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been providing over 15 years of quality work all around the Bay Area.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a teen growing up, my father showed me the in and outs of Gardening. From then, I became passionate about this job and have gained experience since then.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a range of customers whether their first time home buyers looking for ongoing maintenance or onetime landscape job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked on a big project where I had to remove old sod, lava gravel and bushes. Then, I had to lay down weed fabric and re-landscape with 3/4ths of desert gold gravel and mahogany mulch. This project took three days from dawn to dusk. The end results were as expected and our customer was satisfied with our work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look at their past experience and pricing. I would also recommend looking at customer reviews because they provide their honest opinion.

Customers need to know their budget and what they would like done before reaching out to professionals.
