What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Before starting any project, we will come to your place in person to see the details of the project and then we send you an estimate based on what the project is, we don't have flat rates for any given project at the moment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As stated above, we will go see what project a new customer is interested to hire us for and answer any questions they may have then we send an estimate and if they agree we set up a date to get started on the project,

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 5 years of experience as independent workers and 14 years of experience overall.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Family has always worked in construction, that's were my interest comes from and where I started and then went to work for other people that focus on different aspects of construction, gathering experience in a lot of the facets of it and then I become an independent worker.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of people and have never have any problems.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We remodeled a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house (new floors, new kitchen, new bathrooms, painting, windows, doors) it took us 3 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask any questions you have prior to starting the project and make sure you feel comfortable with the people you hire, look into any other work they have done to make sure you like what they do, and look into references/reviews.
