What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Variable depending on size of lawn.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Very simple. As soon as the customer reaches out to me, I can either receive pictures of property (text message, email, etc...) or visit the property & we confirm a price & services needed and go from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in this industry for quite a while now after being taught the necessary skills to run a lawn business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I first got started in this industry by working for a company for a few years & learned the necessary skills that got me to where I am today to add value to clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with several types of customers: customers who own rental properties, commercial businesses or just those that would like a nice touch-up on their property.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project I am proud of was a duplex gardening service maintenance that I did. The previous gardener was only there to mow, edge & blow but really didn’t pay much attention to detail. I went further in depth with this duplex yard: I got rid of the hidden leaves in the bushes, fertilized the yard & now is greener than ever. The job was an hour long but the process of flipping the yard took about 3-4 weeks after a major difference.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would highly recommend that customers take their time & look at a pro's profile and see how active they are. You want a pro who is constantly adapting to change & uploading his or her profile with new pictures/ reviews & projects because this will tell you that they really do value their business & don't get too comfortable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Don't base everything off price but rather VALUE: reviews, etc... & chances are you should receive nothing less than what they are currently being rated but only if you want great work, of course.
