What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

While we do have a standard basis that we work from we are also willing to work with the customers to help their dreams meet their budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin by talking with the client to determine what exactly they are looking for and what their budget range is. From there we discuss their options and decide on a schedule to move forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have a combined experience of 5 years in the landscaping business and are constantly doing more research to improve our practices.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We began by cutting lawns for friends and family and then slowly expanded the business to where we are today.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently installed new flower beds for one of our clients and were able to completely transform the front of their house. We were able to complete the job in a total of 3 days, including the initial walk through and discussion with the clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If I was looking to hire a landscape company here in Huntsville, I would look for a company that pays attention to the details and is willing to take the extra step to avoid cutting corners.

We really appreciate when our customers come to us with a good description of their property and what it is exactly they are needing.
