What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very reasonable yet providing great work. Our one time jobs are typically a little higher. But we offer discounts to our reoccuring customers in our pricing. If using cash app we do ask for the customer to pay that service charge which will be included by choice of payment

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In working with new customers our prices are cost friendly. Our goal is to build business relations, always putting the customer first. Once the customer shares what their interest are; we make notes of their interests and make an asessment of the work desired. Which are always reasonable because wed love your business

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Of the services in which we provide their is over 15 years experience. From lawn mowing, weed eating, shrub trimming, laying sod, laying mulch, laying pine straw,planting flowers, cutting trees and carrying out desired landscaping projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with my dad cutting lawns for many years. During that time i learned how to make yards look great and many other things that I am proud of. But the most valuable thing I learned was how to treat people with integrity and gaining their trust to perform work desired.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have been fortunate and enthusiastic about working with investors, business owners and other commercial property owners. We have kept up numerous churches. In most cases we built relations and are still actively providing these great people with services. Alabama Rental Managers, Yellow Hammer properties and Bohemian Properties are just to name a few.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our most recent projects that i really enjoyed was a sod installation which included shrubs and mulch installation. Before that took place the flower bed had to be cleaned. The ground had to be tilled and cleaned and then the shrubs were placed as well as mulch. The last process was the actual sod installation. The entire process took about 4 hours. From the very beginning the customer asked what did i think about improving the place and I provided my professional opinion. The job was in Calera, Alabama. The service amount was $850.00 I provided all the materials for this job and the customer was very appreciative

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We take pride in being customer friendly. We give 100 percent in every opportunity given. From our communication to our services we provide. We want you to feel like you have the ones you can trust to get it done. Our work is high quality and our prices are affordable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should give thought to what is their budget? They should also have a general idea or vision of what they want done.
