-Our prices vary depending on terrain, accessibility to work area, and time needed to complete all task of the client. -All estimates are 100% FREE. -Discounts are available if additional work is added or client refers additional persons who also invest in our services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our new customer process is based upon a high volume of communication and attention to detail. -Admin office gets in contact with client and schedules meeting with salesperson. -Salesperson contacts client with day before scheduled meeting confirming time and date are still valid. -Salesperson calls client while in route to client. -Salesperson meets with client gathering all necessary information. -Salesperson creates quote and delivers via EMAIL and TEXT. -Salesperson calls following day of quote sent for any questions and status of client answer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with every customer type imaginable. Anything from 50 million dollar corporations to the elderly needing a little assistance moving some flower pots.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a project that entailed a full transformation of a couples back yard. Included a fence demo, dry creek bed, small retaining wall, patio demo, and patio rebuild. We absolutely love any type of complete overhaul on a property but at the same time, little projects and clean ups give us a great deal of satisfaction.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice we could give is don't always assume cheaper is better. A lot of people in this industry try to get by without having insurance or any kind of business licenses. If the price is so low that it almost seems too good to be true, IT PROBABLY IS.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

-Are you licensed and insured? -How long have you been in this industry? -The do's and do nots of what you want. -Making sure you know what you want the end result to accomplish...It's not your job to know every little detail of what the project should entail before it starts. The company representative should walk you step by step on best possible solutions.
