What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not want to be the lowest price. We want to have a business that can afford to take it's time to do things right and fix any issues. We were once new and priced our labor cheap and learned from it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to speak with new customers over the phone first and see if our values are aligned. If we seem to be a good match we will usually qoute a rough price . If everyone is on board we will arrange a time to meet.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20+ years experience. And we stay up to date on trade publications. It's important to always be improving and changing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a contractor in high school. That was 20 years ago and I have been doing some form of home building or remodeling since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We tend to lean towards high end work. Or towards customers that value having someone they trust.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have done quite a few bathroom remodels with custom walk in showers. They really have a wow factor.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take your time and ask questions. Your home is usually your number 1 asset the decision should not be rushed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is most important to the customer. We believe there other than cost things to consider such as a safe clean jobsite, quality of materials and workmanship, timeliness, dependability and more.
