I charge hourly if there are some unknowns involved or it’s a small job. Larger jobs I can give a free estimate.

I come out and do small jobs for a hourly rate, larger jobs I look at thier project and help them figure out the best solution and give a professional written quote.

I have 25 years experience in all phases of residential construction. I attended college for construction project management. and have various certifications and awards.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up in a construction family, as a kid helping my father in construction, I always dreamed of starting a construction business of my own someday.

All types, I love developing a great relationship with new customers.

I built a porch cover for a customer, turned out great and led to many more projects for them. it took 5 days.
