We offer fair prices for a premium service. We do offer discounts and work closely with homeowners to help keep costs as low as we can.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first like to do a brief consultation on the phone to get an idea of what the homeowner wants. Then we conduct a home consultation to see the property in person, take measurements, pictures, and see how we could execute their desired project. Then we send a summary and rough pricing to the homeowner, and if the homeowner agrees, we sign a contract that outlines the scope of work, cost, and payment schedule.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I come from a long lineage of builders and my entire family has been in construction for generations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all kinds of customers. We offer services to homeowners who do not have plans, design, or permits. We offer full services, and we also work with homeowners who have plans and know exactly what they want.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just recently finished a full bathroom remodel. We updated the old bathroom into a full modern style. This took approximately 4 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Work only with licensed contractors, and make sure they will respect your budget.
