Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We try to be as straight forward as possible in our bidding process. We think through all avenues, and we will tell you if something is questionable, or if we are unsure about something. We want our billing to be as plain and simple as we can, including all aspects of whatever job we are approaching.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
At Iron Oak we start by getting to know your needs and how we can help resolve issues, or what you are looking for in your specific project. Know precisely what you want? We can work with that. Unsure what you need? That's okay, too!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
The owner of Iron Oak, Justin, started working in the trades in his early teens at his fathers kitchen and bathroom remodel company. In his own company, he has worked on projects ranging from high scale commercial bars to residential remodels and everything in between.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The largest piece of advice we can offer is this: Make sure the contractor, or service provider you are hiring is licensed and insured. Things happen on jobs that we do not expect, no matter how hard we try, and the best we we can protect ourselves is hiring from a pool of certified and reliable individuals.
