What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on professional level service, insured and warrantied work. While price is important to us all it should never come at the expense of quality. With that being said we work with all budgets and look at any project as a client partnership to accomplish the goal at hand.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Intake where we review project details, inspirations, desires, and budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a class A residential builder contractor licsened in VA and DC. We have taken and passed the the state exams.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We began this type of work through a full home renovation project that we designed, remodeled, and sold.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers residential and commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We enjoy all of our projects and the clients we work with. We recently finished a historic restoration where the goal was to modernize the home while keeping the historic character. The client gave us creative control and the project came together amazing. The project was a 3 level home complete renovation 5 bedroom 3 full bath, kitchen, exterior work, and landscaping. The project took around 3.5 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I can offer any client when hiring a contractor or tradesman is find someone that will partner with you on you project while discussing details open and clearly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Having an idea that is easily communicated through inspirations is always helpful.
