What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices can change..a full inspection of house will be done before given final quote.Given estimates on this site is a base.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I would like to have a brief conversation..followed by a meet and greet.. do a quick walk through. Then follow up with the customer to hear exactly what they want and the time frame they want it completed and come up with a plan that would work best in there favor cost and schedule wise.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Ex military..construction worker before joining the military. I currently help build submarines for our mighty Navy

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to start working from home after my government contact was over. I use to be in this field of work before joining the military. I'm out of the service now..so I'm looking to go back to what I've been enjoying since I was in my youth..which was so long ago😂..jk not that old but..yeah.I love what I do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

So far I've work with wonderful customers far as house cleaning.. painting..bathroom remodeling. They key is to make everyone feel warm and welcomed just as I would if it were me looking for a pro.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

right now I'm on a seven-room 2 bathroom painting project I'll be completed today it took 3 days and 4 hour. I'll post the work scope up on my images.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would tell the customer to look at the different quotes sent to them. Do a little research on there own to get an idea on the average cost of the job they are requesting. Look to see if the pro have good reviews and over all pick the pro they feel configurable with. Then one that have answered there questions..concerns and or worry.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I feel the customer should think about the time the cost and quality of work there looking for.
