The quality of our work is guaranteed. Our prices are upfront, and the customer knows exactly what to expect before the project begin. The cost of the project is fixed and doesn't change unless the owner would like to add extra tasks that weren't included initially. No hiding fees and no price changes trough out the process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Scheduled a site visit according to customer convenience. During the site visit the project characteristics and details will be discussed. All the necessary measurements will be recorded. After the project assessment will be completed and all the details are discussed, then will provide a cost estimate of the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelor in Civil Engineering Master in Civil Engineering Numerous construction course’s including NACE Institute Coating Inspector Program Level 1 and Level 2 for paint applications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am working in this field for over 17 years. I started as helper and learned the craftsmanship skills in the field by hands on practicing all the tasks required for the specific type of project. Simultaneously, I’ve completed a bachelor program in Civil Engineering fallowed shortly by a Master in Civil Engineering. I’ve completed numerous professional courses in various construction fields that contribute to my overall knowledge in this field. I improved my knowledge and skills in painting by completing specialized professional courses for coating and corrosion prevention such as the NACE Institute Coating Inspector Programs Level 1 and 2. Also I was performing as a Structural Engineer $ Corrosion Specialist under NAVY projects managing and designing very complex corrosion protection systems. After the completion of this program I learned a great deal about the paint types and its application, but also, improved knowledge on how to choose the correct type of paint to complete any projects on any types of materials.

I worked on many residential projects but also commercial projects and buildings, paint application, flooring, bathroom renovation, decks , patio pavers and retaining walls.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The project consist in painting a single family home over 4000 SF, replacing over 100 SY of the carpet, install over 400 LFT of based board and shoe molding, install 3 set of custom trimmed doors for the closet, build custom made closet rafts. The project was estimated to be completed in 5 days and it was done as estimated.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Contact a specialist and establish a goal for your project and ensure it fits within the available budget. Make a plan and ensure to fallow it accordingly. Sometimes, unexpected changes are required, therefore, prior executing the plan, revisit the steps one more time to avoid unnecessary work and cost.
