What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

BATHROOMS: A typical 5' x 8' bathroom with Full tub replacement, Ceramic tile to the ceiling, Ceramic floor, and new fixtures will be in the range of: $8,500 to $12,000. A master bathroom with removing built-in jacuzzi tub, new shower, new double vanity, frameless glass, and new fixture installation will be $14,500 to $20,000. KITCHENS: A kitchen remodel with new cabinets and keeping the walls and appliance locations will be $16,000 to $30,000 These estimations include all materials minus fixtures and tiles. Since those are personal and specific to your taste, please purchase, and we will install.

After receiving your inquiry, we will reach out to gather a brief description of your project. If it aligns with our services, we’ll send you a link to schedule an on-site visit. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your vision, the scope of work, and any specific details to ensure we fully understand your needs. Following the site visit, we will prepare a detailed proposal outlining the project and email it to you for review and approval.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After retirement from the U.S. Navy Seabees, my business partner, and I started a small general contracting business. We have 34 employees and love to make our customers' dreams a reality.
