What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and hassle-free!
In-Home Consultation – We start with a visit to your home to assess the project, discuss your needs, and take measurements.
Custom Design – Our team prepares a design tailored to your vision.
Showroom Visit – We invite you to our showroom to review the design and select materials.
Contract & Scheduling – Once the contract is signed, we schedule a start date and hold a Pre-Construction Meeting to go over the design with you and the project manager.
Project Execution – We begin the project on the scheduled date. Our project managers conduct quality checks, maintain clear communication, and ensure everything is done to perfection.
Final Walkthrough – After completion, we do a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction—and of course, we’d love to earn a 5-star review from you! 😊

Our training includes both remote learning and hands-on experience through organized trips to our vendors' factories. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our recent projects that we’re especially proud of was a luxury kitchen remodel in Centreville, where we installed KraftMaid cabinets for one of our clients. It was a big project, and we made sure to get every detail just right. Despite the size and complexity of the remodel, our turnaround time was just 2 weeks, which is quite fast for a large kitchen renovation. The result was a stunning, high-end kitchen that our client absolutely loved!
