What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are 33% less then the big box stores Lowe's and Home Depot, because we do not sub-contract any of our projects/trades and those big box stores are 100 % sub-out of they projects which mean every sub out layer get a cut including the sales people , Bonier Cabinets Manufacturing And Remodeling Co. all our projects are done by our employees and also we have our owe cabinets Manufacturing Co

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we will set up an appointment then come out to do a walk through to look at scope of work that the homeowner wants (free of charge) then in most case we will give the home owner a preliminary bid on site , if not they will get written bid with in 24 hours

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I Jimmy Bonier received a B.S. degree from Southern University A and M in Baton Rouge Louisiana , in Industrial Technology in 1979 and have owned this business since 1984, and we have been serving Dallas ,Fort Worth for 41 years .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started with being a cabinet manufacturing Company then we grew to a full scale remodeling.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with customers as old as 95 years old and as young as 24 years old and of about 25 differents nationality ,to me a customer is a customer and I want the same thing that they wants because I care and I love people(and alway have) If anyone were to ask me how did we make 41 years in business I will say because we really truly really care.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I will advise them to ask the remodeler how many years has they been in business because in this business experiences it is everything and I will go with the contractor with the most years in business .
