What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer several pricing packages. However, our most popular is our $15,000 kitchen renovation package. With this package you will receive up to 30 shaker style cabinets with knobs or pulls, 60 square feet of Level 1 to 3 countertops, up to 30 square feet of backsplash, new sink, new faucet, and new garbage disposal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We listen first. This is your house and we are honored to have the privilege of coming into your home to provide you with a service. Once we understand your renovation needs, we can then begin the measurement and estimating process.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started by buying older homes and renovating them to supply families with a safe place to rent. We then started flipping houses throughout the greater Houston area. After assisting many families and friends with their home renovations, we started SAE Renovations. We use the same team of employees for all of our jobs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home owners just like you. Your home is your happy place and once we are done renovating your kitchen or bathroom you will be even happier.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We performed a full bathroom renovation for a family in Bellaire. We removed the shower, bathtub, flooring, and all of the countertops throughout the house. We installed a new free standing bathtub, custom shower with frameless door, new flooring, painted, and over 100 square feet of countertops This job took us approximately two weeks to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just give us a call. Aly has a listening ear and can provide you with design assistance. We have a relationship with several local suppliers to ensure you have a wide selection to choose from. Aly is willingly to travel to the various yards to help you select your countertop.
