First meeting on site to understand customer needs and budget . later , we quoting the job . If proceed to a contract, we will schedule another meeting for design .

I have been in the construction field for more than 15 years . As contractor , investor , flipper and more .

I started it overseas with my dad , then moved here and started my own .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just finish kitchen remodel in Humble . We tear down the old kitchen and build new kitchen for the client . It took us 6 weeks from start to finish .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you have a good feeling about the contractor and you check for referrals. Don’t go with the cheapest.

About the experience of the contractor, how many similar projects he finish , and what is the referrals said .
