What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge our customers a fair price for exceptional work. We generally don't offer discounts as we maintain fair competitive pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We generally meet with our customers in person at their location to see and hear exactly what is the desired outcome. We listen to what they are wanting and then we try and educate them in the various choices there are for thier fencing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our owner has completed Fence Tech which teaches the basics in fence installations by the American Fence Association. We also have over 15 years of hands on installation and management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This company was started out of necessity. We couldn't find a fencing company that operated on integrity and honesty.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with every type of customer. We are able to handle the distressed customer in need of a quick solution to the shopper knowing exactly the outcome desired.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just installed a 12' double drive gate that was on a hill. It needed to be stair stepped and designed for no sagging. Our crew pulled it off to complete satisfaction of our customer!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take your time, be able to relate to your contractor knowing they have your best interest at heart.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What exactly are they trying to accomplish with their fencing needs. Are they containing animals? trying to keeping their family safe? What is a price point they are trying to stay within. What material are they wanting to use and how high are they wanting the fence to be.
