What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very competitive. And are able to be because we have our own crew. We don't hire subcontractors. It is our dedicated team that starts the project and completes it in the time frame quoted.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we meet with interested homeowners and discuss their vision and ideas and once we reach the same goal we take customers to past projects so they can see firsthand the quality of our work and they can see the relationship we have with our customers. Once everything is agreed upon, we start our project and are involved with the customer from beginning to completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our workers keep up to date by taking courses to remain up to date with industry standards. Our project managers, designers, and engineers meet weekly to discuss the latest in trends and the latest in home improvement. Our company supervisors are also keeping updated by attending industry seminars so that we all provide our customers with the best experience and knowledge and keep our customers happy.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

From the beginning our passion was always kitchens and bathrooms. That's where the magic happens, it adds the most value to the home. We have worked tirelessly and have honed in to this niche industry to give our customers the wow effect.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with customers who are looking for top quality and are open minded to new ideas and strategies. Customers that know what they want and work close together with our team so that we can make their dream come true.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a project in Lakeway, TX that was challenging due to the fact that another contractor had started the project and didn't finish the project. The customer was reluctant to meet with us and go over the project and more skeptical to hire us for fear of what might happen. But after discussing our vision and earning the customer's respect we got the job and we were able to turn a bad experience into a positive one and ultimately gave the customer the bathroom of their dreams and they were very happy with the outcome.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Finding the right contractor is not easy...but the customer should consider 3 things: 1. Find someone loyal, honest they can trust. 2. Quality work they deserve. 3. Competitive pricing. Trusting a company to do the job in a fair amount of time and that will give you quality results is a top priority. Whatever is important to you as a customer you must seek, but always look for someone you feel comfortable talking to. You're going to get several estimates but before you do so make a list of what's important to you. Once you find the right contractor that meets all your criteria you should stop getting estimates and hire the company so that you don't overwhelm yourself with information and you can just focus on your project.
