Simple and transparent pricing, we work within your budget to bring you the beauty and quality you're looking for. All possible price changes are always approved before incurred. And we always love to give multiple options for material selection or design choices to help conform to your budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process may vary depending on the scope of the project, and the customer's needs. We will meet with our client to assess their needs and goals, discuss the project's scope and budget, and ask questions about their expectations. Then we prepare a proposal that outlines the project's details, including the timeline, budget, materials, and any other relevant information in a stress-free environment, which is then presented to the client for review and approval.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 20 years of custom luxury residential kitchen and bath in Orange County, California.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started over 20 years ago doing custom residential tile installation in Orange County, Southern California. Over the years, the scope of the remodeling work expanded, growing to all aspects of the process.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Extensive experience with homeowners, designers, architects, builders, and other general contractors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A beautiful custom master bath, changing the feel of a small, uncomfortable cramped space, to an open, airy and elegant bathroom with gorgeous custom marble tile work and custom drywall features for a spa-like look and feel.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communicate your expectations: Be clear about your expectations for the project, including your budget, timeline, and any specific requirements. This will help ensure that we can meet your needs and avoid any misunderstandings.

It's important the client understands their goals, budget, timeframe goals for project, and planning to acquire majority of materials before project start to avoid stoppages and delays.
