Our pricing is based on Time and Materials (T&M) billing, which offers our customers a transparent and flexible approach to project costs. This method allows you to be in the driver’s seat, ensuring that quality is never compromised by the limitations of flat-rate pricing. With T&M, you have full control over the budget, materials, and time invested, giving you peace of mind that every dollar is spent to achieve the best possible outcome for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer begins with an initial phone call where we discuss your project to ensure it aligns with the type of work we specialize in. During this conversation, we take the time to learn more about you, your residence, and the specifics of your project. If everything checks out at a high level, we schedule an in-person site visit to walk through the project and discuss it further. Based on our assessment, we provide a budgetary range for the project. If this range aligns with your budget, we proceed by drafting an official proposal. Upon your approval, we collect contract signatures and retainers, setting the stage for either pre-construction planning or the actual construction services to commence. This structured approach ensures clarity, transparency, and alignment from the very start.

Our firm is comprised of some of the most credentialed and experienced professionals in the construction industry, with a track record spanning from small residential renovations to the construction of towers in major cities. DeJesus Industries is MBE certified, OSHA certified, and both EPA and HUD certified, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. We are also licensed in multiple states along the East Coast, which allows us to operate across a broad range of projects. How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our journey into the construction industry began with a deep passion for building and transforming spaces. DeJesus Industries started as an idea in 2008, driven by a commitment to quality craftsmanship and a vision to make a lasting impact in the construction world. Initially, we focused on residential remodeling while our founder, Alberto DeJesus, completed his studies at Boston University. This project, which took several months to complete, is part of our extensive portfolio of private residential mansion work across Eastern Massachusetts.
