Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We charge a fair price to deliver the highest quality of work and service in our industry. We are willing to work within any budget, and provide our pricing up front to our clients. I personally do not believe in surprising my clients with additional charges that are not reviewed together and approved first.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I typically like to meet my clients in person to review the potential project together and provide them with a free estimate. It's a no obligation, 100% free consultation. My goal with all of my clients is to make the construction process as straightforward, transparent, and stress free as possible for them. I want all of my new clients to become clients for life, and I feel very fortunate in that I have been able to serve so many amazing people over the years!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Project Management Estimating Customer Service and Client Consultation

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started out in this industry as a laborer for a local building and remodeling company. After 5 years of experience in the field, I was trained in project management and estimating, and ran all of the project management and sales for the business. It was great experience for me and I am very grateful for that.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all different types of clients over the years. Homeowners, contractors, local business owners, realtors, designers, and many more! The relationships that I have built with my clients have been a blessing to me, and I've also made some great friends as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The best advice that I can give to anyone looking to hire a contractor, is to choose the most qualified person over choosing the cheapest price. The contractors that are cheap - are cheap for a reason. I cannot express how many times I have helped out clients that called me in after hiring another contractor first, and I've heard/seen some horror stories. Better to have it done right the first time. Once. By someone that shows you the respect you deserve.
