What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We don’t charge any fees for estimates. Our prices are benchmarked with the rest of the industry to provide our customers with the best service possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We always provide free estimates. We want our customers to feel confident in us so we encourage questions. If a customer needs another appointment then we always make that happen.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
At VSM we are learning everyday because there is always a new technology and new tools so it’s best to keep up to date with our industry to be able to provide our customers with top of the line service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
This is a family owned business

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We worked on every project you can think of. From full rehabs to small repairs. No Job is too big or small for us, with that being said don’t hesitate to tech out to us for your next project!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project that I worked on was a bathroom remodel in a historic home where we used modern approach to install antique fixtures. This enabled us to show our work through design and innovation. The project took a few weeks from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would say that always prepare questions to ask anyone who’s working on your home. This will allow the customer and the contractor have an open line of communication, this way both parties are on the same page.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Know what you want: it’s best to go through all the details big or small with your contractor in the beginning to avoid any misunderstandings or bumps along the way.
