What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We dont have a flat price for any project. It varies depends on the project. We have free on site estimate. And there is not any hidden fees

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I visit the house for free estimate. I send a quote within 3 days and if everything is fine, l email the contract through docusign. Materials are picked in our office

I studied in civil engineering and l had my master degree after l graduated. I worked for a Contruction company for 4 years and l established CGT Construction LLC after that

We worked with a lot of types of customers in New Jersey and PA area. Based on customers’ request, we would provide too many referrals

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have completed a 3 units house remodeling. 1st floor is the office, 2nd and 3rd floors are Apartments. The project took 5 months to complete including demolition, new electric, plumbing and HVAC systems, new Drywall and all finishes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers should make sure that the contractor has the state license. Also, any electric or plumbing work should be done by a master electrician or a master Plumber. Customers Also needs to make sure there is a signed contract before the job starts.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers need to think if the job requires permit or not. They should also think if plumbing lines or electric lines need to be relocated, or new lines need to be added or not. Customers need to ask contractor about the start date and project time. For a full bathroom project, our project time is 8-10 days. For a kitchen project, it is 14-20 days. For a finished basement project, it is between 4-6 weeks. Depends on the sq footage and job description
