What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Okay, so here’s how it goes: we kick things off with a chat to see what you’re dreaming up, then we plan it out together. From there, it’s all about keeping you in the loop and making sure everything runs smoothly until we wrap it up

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve got a solid background in construction, plus I’ve taken tons of advices from folks with over 30 years in the field. And let’s not forget all the hands-on experience I’ve gathered along the way. It’s been quite a ride!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up watching my grandpa make furniture and cool stuff around the house. I never thought I’d get into crafting myself until I started working at a construction site. I just love the magic of transforming a house, modernizing it, and seeing the smiles of customers as they enjoy their ‘new home’!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all sorts of customers, from first-time homeowners looking to modernize their space to seasoned property investors aiming to maximize their returns. Each project brings its own unique challenges and rewards, and I love helping people turn their visions into reality!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just wrapped up an amazing kitchen project that took about three weeks from start to finish. One of the highlights was our suggestion of upper crown molding with lighting, and the customer loved the idea. It added such an elegant touch to the kitchen, making it truly stand out!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I’d say, do a little homework. You know, check out some reviews and maybe chat with a couple of people who’ve used their service before. It’s all about finding someone who really ‘gets’ what you want.
