We come out to meet you and discuss your project. We listen to make sure we know what you want and provide a proposal that includes the details of the project and a progress based payment schedule

I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years on the financing and ownership sides

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a bathroom. Project that required expanding the size of the bathroom, reframing all walls, moving plumbing for the shower and vanity. Tile on floor and shower walls with a niche, adding a shelving unit and rebuilding a closet. Completed in 4 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you hire a professional that's licensed and insured. We carry all necessary insurance including workers compensation insurance

There are many questions customers should focus on like budget, timing, and what is to be accomplished as a result. We like to help our customers through these questions to make sure they receive what they want for the price they can afford.
