What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone that wants to do it right the first time. Anyone can put lipstick on a pig It may cost more up front but save you valuable time money and aggravation later on down the road

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Remodeling: What is the general goal of the project, what budget to work within, and what time frame to complete it in. Each project brings it’s own set of challenges… to avoid as many of those as possible ensure all parties are in agreement first, choose the budget, then the time frame for completion. Is this my forever home? Will this investment improve my quality of life? Repairs or maintenance: is this a surface issue that just needs small repair or maintenance or could the underlying issue or problem be deeper then what meets the eye? A leaky sink, a tile surround falling off the wall, or gutters that never stop overflowing are all examples of something that need attention right away! Why? Water is the biggest culprit for damage in your home.
