What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer very fair pricing for Columbus. If you have a lower estimate from one of our competitors we are willing to meet or beat it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our estimator will come out and meet with you. to go over the project. You will receive your estimate via email approx. 3 days after your estimate. If you accept our estimate you will then speak with our designer to go over colors, patters, styles ect. Our designer will then gather samples based off of your desired pallet and schedule a design consultation in your home. Once materials have been chosen the demolition process will begin.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 30 years in the construction field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working construction jobs after the Air Force.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every project, if a project puts a smile on my customers face I am very fond of the project. I will never consider a project complete until it puts a smile on my customers face, therefor I am fond of them all.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To look no further, they are already in the right place!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I feel the most important thing is realistic dreams with in a realistic budget. Know what look you are going for. Any look can be achieved in any budget with the right designer. Know if you will be relocating plumbing or electric or moving walls. Once the customer has a general idea of these things it's time to call us to help with the burden of all the details.
