Our prices are very competitive. We strive to offer the best value in the Syracuse area.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet you and listen carefully to learn about your project and goals. We ask for payment to be made up front for materials. Then we start working, checking in with you at each step. The remainder of the payment is due when the project has been completed to your satisfaction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We built up a crew managing our own Airbnb properties. (We are qualified as an Airbnb "superhost".)

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential customers in Syracuse and surrounding areas, including Manlius, Fayetteville, Liverpool, Mattydale, Camillus and other areas.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone you are comfortable with. If you have a large project, and you can't afford to pick the wrong company, consider starting with a small project to confirm that the company is reliable. When it comes to pricing, expect transparency. There shouldn't be any surprises.

In general, the more you think through a project, and the more detailed your vision, the smoother everything will go.
