What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First would be an introduction during the estimating process. From there I will provide a full quote within 48 hours of looking at the job (depending on size). Smaller jobs can be quoted on the spot. When the price is agreed on I will schedule a time to start the project. As the project is going on, the homeowners or business owners will be given updates on the progress. All work is completed to the highest standards. When the project is complete the homeowner can rest assured as I will warranty my craftsmanship for a year.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have nearly 20 years experience in all aspects of construction. I have worked for numerous companies. I recently have re-certified in gas line installation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was always a hobby of mine, I have completely renovated my own home and decided to finally start offering my services as my own business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I removed an old walk In cooler and freezer and rebuilt at a restaurant. Originally it was just to replace insulation, when we opened them up it was all mold and rotted. We ended up tearing everything down and building new. The work load doubled, but I still finished in two and a half weeks allowing the customer to open back up when they planned to.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they give you an estimated end date to your project. Get it in writing.
