" We start each interaction with our clients as a 'get to know you' what are your goals, and objectives for this remodel and how are we able to assist you with it. We begin with a phone consultation to book an appointment, a complimentary on site estimate to view the space and further connect on logistics, and then dive into estimates, options, pricing, designs, shopping for material, and all necessary measures to make navigating the world of home remodeling as streamlined as possible while meeting your original goals, and needs initially presented.

As licensed contractors with a combined experience of 15+ years, we have grown our team into a hub of in- house designers, engineers, architects, permitting specialists, and more! We have created a system that not only serves the frontline connection on work relationship with our homeonwers, but also streamlines the back-end work required for the logistics of our projects. Our joined experiences have allowed us to anticipate where we are able to provide better service, and our own experiences to ensure our clients have unwavering commitment from ur team, and can focus solely on the excitement of their new project coming to life!

Construction was always an area of work interested to our founders - from a young age the best friends always found themselves taking up projects in the neighborhood, for friends and family, and for anyone who needed the extra set of hands. Carrying into adult life, they were able to find a way and incorporate their love of creating, and bringing visions to life on a larger scale - while still staying true to those two boys helping out in the neighborhood.

The diversity of the Bay Area, allows for a wide array of projects and experiences to be thrown our way! We have had the privilege of creating the most creative of spaces, personal to each of our clients. From high profile clients with specialized retail spaces, to residential kitchens/bathrooms, and everything in between - we tackle each job with the highest level of dedication to our clients and provide outstanding commitment to each job.

Recently we completed a family home remodel including Kitchen, Bathroom, and upgrades of flooring, baseboard and interior paint. This may sound like a streamlined project - but one of the reasons it stood out to our team particularly was because of the joy our homeonwers had with having this project completed. Everyday they were excited to see the progress, show their children the upgrades they were making, and really get involved with the process. . Going to the job site each day, our project managers were greeted with their young children running around, showing them where they will have their breakfast when the work is completed, what color they get to paint their room, and be such an involved part of the project. Throughout the 6 weeks of work here, we were able to leave with the family being overjoyed with how their work turned out, ready to create new memories, and with our hearts filled with gratitude for the shared experience and reminder of why we do what we do.

Before hiring a Construction company for your remodel it is important to recognize their reliability through a few key steps : check reviews, ask for references, and recognize your connection with your project manger. If you are able to feel like you trust your team, have a reference point for previous work they have accomplished, and have a clear understanding of their qualifications - you are on the right tack to picking your professional. Disclosure : it does help to like your team, after-all we will be seeing a lot of each other! :)

The most important piece of advice we encourage our clients on considering, is: 1. Have a clear outline of the Remodel you'd like done. 2. Itemize your 'lifestyle upgrades' you'd like accommodated in your new remodel. {I.e. "I don't like the way my tile countertops collect debris on the thick grout lines - I'd like to remedy this."} This allows us to use our experience in providing you with alternative options, within your scope of work and budget-to give you the best end results within the remodel you had originally desired. Beyond these two requests, the main objective is to always communicate any likes/dislikes throughout your project with your Project Manager so they are able to consistently tailor the service, and work to match your expectations.
