What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a "Flat Rate " company. We come out, identify the problem and give you the price. That's the price. If it takes us longer than expected to do the job, that will not come back on you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We treat all of our customers like a long time friend. I like to get to know them and figure out what it is they need. Each customer is unique and has there own set of circumstances therefore dictating what there priorities are.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians have been in the industry 5+ years, most exceeding this by far. We provide ongoing training on a regular basis through industry oriented classes, usually provided by the manufacturer of the brands we work with.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I spent 6 years in the US ARMY. When I came out I got into construction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Wonderful residential customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Replaced a 35 square roof to include rebuilding about 4 square of decking and Rafters for a wonderful older gentleman.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure they are Lic. and Insured. Longevity in the industry should be a deciding factor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The budget and making wise decisions to get the most for the money.
