We take 50% deposits on smaller jobs up front, anything over $10,000 requires a draw schedule.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We assist in helping them gather documents required by county and help discuss project requirements and ideas.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a state accredited licensed general contractor and carry full coverage insurance and bonded.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have about 15 years of experience and got started out of a passion to work with our hands.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Understand if your project requires permits and architectural plans, etc.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask themselves what is their budget, size of renovation, finished appearance, and fixtures. Are there any project impedments such as needing to move out during the project or change parking place due to driveway. Do you have an HOA to discuss with?
