What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically I contact the customer and ask questions about the details of the project to see if we are a good fit for each other. Then I will set up a day to do a site visit and and gather the information needed to prepare a bid. I will have a bid prepared in a week or less. If customer agrees to the bid, we will sign a contract for the work discussed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are union trained carpenters. 18 years experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to college and realized college wasn't for me. I came home and started a job for a custom home builder and that's that.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Quality work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't quality.
