Introduction

Our attention to detail is second to none. Not only is my crew extremely detail oriented, but I am part of the crew. I am the owner and also a laborer. My companies success depends on my ability to satisfy my customers. I can't leave that to a sub-contractor.

Q&A

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I do on average 3 hours of continuing education classes per year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I always did this type of work as a hobby or second source of income. I was laid of from the automotive industry in 2009 and decided to get my builders license and become a full time General Contractor.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Our most common types of jobs are kitchen and bathroom renovations and handyman work doing all types of house repairs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask as many questions as you can. Get a feel for the contractor and what his company is all about. Ask for references and pictures if they have any. Don't be afraid to take a chance on the smaller companies. They usually provide the best work because their livelihood depends on it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
That we are mostly genuine and honest. There is a perception out there that contractors are rip off artists looking to get rich. That we take money up front and don't finish. There are some contractors out there like that, but they are the minority. A licensed contractor that can show references and previous work is usually an honest person.
