How did you get started doing this type of work?

Growing up I worked with a property management group where I was responsible for the operation and maintenace of various multi-family and apartment buildings.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of customers throughout my carrer. I've worked with people from all walks of life, from different cultures, religions, and backgrounds. It has been an incredibly rewarding experiance to be able to help so many unique individuals with their needs and to learn about their stories.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently replaced apporox 55 sq. ft of laminate flooring with tile in a small kitchen and bathroom. 2 partial days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise the customer to research the provider's reputation and experience, as well as read reviews from past customers. Additionally, it is important to make sure the provider offers a clear and detailed quote that outlines the scope of work and expected timeline.
