What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All prices are calculated according to job description, and material. We offer 10% senior citizen and military discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to set up a free, no cost, no obligation appointment. We come to your house, discuss and understand your project, show you what all of your options are and quote you a price based on your wants and needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 30 years combined hands on experience and of course a MHIC license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

By working for other contractors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with homeowners of all income ranges and domestic real estate investor.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a full Master Bedroom and Bathroom Remodel. We vaulted the ceilings, moved walls to create a huge walk in closet, moved a hallway to create space for a "dream" master bathroom with double walk in shower, custom frameless glass enclosure and free standing tub. This was a five week project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Search the internet for products and ideas that you would like in your kitchen or bath. The more you know what you want the easier it is to communicate that to your contractor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should consider what they need, what they want, and a budget. They could ask if their licensed.
