What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are frequently not the cheapest but are always very fair on price given that we have the overhead of a full service office, a fleet of vehicles, trailers and machines and of course are fully licensed and insured. We pay our employees well but hold them to our high design standards and to NOT cut corners at your house. We offer the best blend of quality for cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

There is some qualifying dialog to make sure we understand your job scope and are the best fit for your needs. This is followed by scheduling an in person consultation with one of our design consultants. During the in person consultation the design consultant and client decide together the next best course of action to move forward. This can include the company providing an install proposal or a proposal to design to visualize and build our the details of a future install.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

ICPI certified for hardscape and follow the latest IRC code for building and carpentry projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Creating and building from a vision has always been the leading passion of this business!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and commercial clients. Those clients of businesses that want suggestive vision and design.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A new home that was just build which had no outdoor living. We completed a deck, patio, fenced their property and installed complete landscaping to make it their own. This particular transformation only took 2 weeks with overlap of two crews.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask to visit one of their current jobs or speak to a prior client.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How they intend to use the improvement. Visualization of this is imperative so it lives up to your expectations.
