What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We take pride in providing competitive, fair priced estimates. We are never too cheap and never too high, as it should be. Making a score is never what we’ve been here for. We uphold our commitment to maintaining high standards, delivering quality work, and safeguarding our reputation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will send one of our estimators out to meet you for an on-site visit, free of charge, to discuss the scope of work. Then we will diligently work on the numbers so that we can provide you with a competitive quote for your project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our supervisor's are OSHA 30-hour certified. We emply two CSL (Construction Supervisor License) holders. We are registered Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor's (HIC). We employ a certified hoister for machine/excavation operations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The cheaper you go, the more you could end up paying in the end. Always verify licenses, insurance and references before proceeding with an important financial commitment.
