What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a conversation to learn about your vision, needs, and budget. We’ll schedule a site visit to assess the space and discuss options in detail. From there, we provide a clear estimate, timeline, and plan of action. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication, entering your informed, and involved in every step of the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Sweet Home Improvements has been in business since 2001, and I personally have over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction and custom cabinetry. Our team is highly skilled in continuously trains to stay on top of new techniques, materials, and design trends. This ensures that we bring both experience and innovation to every project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Building my own home to careful planning and dedication of several months, but the result was worth every moment. I grew up in Poland and was immersed in construction industry from a young age. My passion for creating spaces people loved, inspired me to pursue this path. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills and everything from custom cabinetry to complete home renovations. I truly enjoy helping clients and vision their dream spaces and making those dreams reality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a diverse range of customers across the city from small, budget, conscious renovations to high-end custom projects. Whether it’s updating a kitchen, creating a beautiful bathroom retreat, or transforming a basement into a functional living space, we love bringing each clients home dreams inspirations to life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project I am particularly fond of this building my own home. There’s something truly special about seeing your vision come to life in your own space, a combination of years of experience, inspiration, and dreams. This experience taught me to treat every project with the same care attention as if I were designing it for myself or close family member. I bring that same level of detail, pride, and craftsmanship to every home I work on.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a provider who listens to you and understand your vision. Communication and trust our Key. Don’t be afraid to ask for examples of previous work, detailed estimates and timelines. A good contractor will treat your home like their own, focusing on quality, attention to detail, and a seamless process from start to finish.
