What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is not just an estimate but the actual number for which we will do the job. The only estimated items are items that are hidden from sight until actually starting the work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always start with an in-home free consultation during which we assess the project, listen to the customer's plans, advise on design ideas . We present them with an itemized written quote allowing for options where the customer still needs to make decisions, and upon agreement we draft the contract with the final decided details included .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Training in framing/carpentry

How did you get started doing this type of work?

15 years ago , i started working in home remodeling, and soon after started contracting jobs, after a few years we started tackling more complex jobs like home additions, and in the last 5 years we also began building new homes

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our clientele is very diverse . From young families refinishing basements to get more playroom for the kids or adding a second floor for an expanded family to retired customers looking to update the kitchens or bathrooms to families in need of custom home building

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We enjoy working on complex projects where multiple trades are involved and proud ourselves in efficiently running such projects both time-wise and money-wise.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give us the opportunity to price the work and also meet with other contractors so you can always compare not only prices but also different ways of approaching a project. we are confident that you will find our methods and advice satisfactory and very useful for your project .

how soon would I be ready to do the project? what finishes i want ? did I research enough online material: layouts, designs,finishes ?
