100% satisfaction and completion are my 2 main goals! Professionally I have been in the construction industry for 15 years but have been renovating and building since I was a child. My father framed and built homes while I was growing up and would take me with him to remodels in the evenings and on weekends. I have always been passionate about building , repairing what is broken, and enjoy paying close attention to detail. I have managed various properties at a time and have constructed many homes. I do everything from bathrooms, basements, and kitchen remodels, to additions, and garages. There is no job too big or too small that Tait & Tait General Construction can’t handle. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I stand behind my work, I warranty all labor so you know it is done right the first time. I may not be the cheapest but my quality of work and dedication to each project big or small is what sets me apart from the rest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I want to hear all of your wants and needs before any prices are even discussed, I encourage my customers to provide me with pictures and ideas, so we can brainstorm together to accomplish your project. during our first consultation I will not throw out any numbers it is all about your ideas and exactly what you want to see from us and your project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Besides growing up in this line of work, professionally I have over 15 years of experience in the field. As well as attending classes at night to obtain my CM (construction management) degree

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father built homes growing up and would take me with him in the evening and on weekends, he had me sanding walls and painting at 8 years old. I loved it even way back then!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds from customers who have an idea of what they want, to customers who have drawings and are ready to start immediately. I will be with you every step of the way.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently remodeled a full bathroom with 10’ ceilings and the costumer wanted floor to ceiling tile! She picked a beautiful floral stamped ceramic that were 12”x36”, heated floors and an hour glass shaped double drain tub. It came out amazing

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be thorough , don’t be afraid to ask questions, it’s your project and we want it to be perfect so please tell us how we can achieve that.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

To have an idea or a budget that we can help you get to together, a lot of customers don’t like to talk about budget but I encourage it, that way I can suggest ideas or alternatives to help you reach your goal .
