We began as a small family business in 2008 in Chicago, Illinois. As a real estate investment fund for local and international investors specializing in renovating single-family homes. Then we slowly evolved into a kitchen and bath remodeling company. Chicago Constructions specializes in code violations repair and complexed projects.

We are a full service general contractor. We have all the licensed trades and finish contractors to complete any project or build. We are about educating and communicating throughout the processes No surprises. I have been doing this for over 20 years first as a journeyman Carpenter educated in all aspects from rough to trim and who is trained to know all trade work. Electrical , plumbing etc. There is a correct process to everything we do to make sure it’s done correct all the way to completion.
