What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do offer military and first responder discounts! There is also a national guard presence here in Omaha, we honor those same discounts to the national guard!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We capture what is your design intent through conversations, hand sketched architectural drawings and progress through specific options and design elements of your project. Our principal, Brad Leise is with you every step of the way to protect your designs intent, bar any fatal errors between coordination between suppliers and our installers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelors of science in construction engineering 7 years in trades, 5 years in project management and 4 years as a small business owner

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our owner started as a young carpenter and has progressed through project management and engineering roles for some of the names on the Fortune 500 companies before starting his own business in 2019

What types of customers have you worked with?

JBS Foods, Creighton University, DEA, Legacy Chophouse, property investors, apartment complexes, homeowners and estate caretakers/property managers

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the coolest projects I’ve ever built, we built this guy a walk in safe room with a lvl 2 gsa security door. The walls were concrete 8” thick and reinforced then framed with diamond plate sheathing on three sides. We also added a stone wall for his favorite pieces. Tongue and groove wood ceiling. I love to share this project, ask for videos of what we did!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers first instinct is to look at the price for making their decision around which construction company to take to the big dance. My advice would be to make a gut decision more based on how well you mesh with your general contractor. The home remodel experience is very intimate and very invasive while the team working to deliver on our promises. You want highly skilled, kind, courteous people in your home and around your family to deliver what will become your new home ❤️🏠
