What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not quote by the hour or timely basis. Everything is quoted by the job itself. We have a full team of knowledgeable project managers, estimators, and a variety of skilled Pros / crews. Depending on the job, we will have the right person or crew for your particular project!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Starting with a new customer, it is always best to introduce myself on a friendly phone call. From their I get an understanding of what their project entails and will schedule an in-person estimate appointment. After seeing the scope in person and understanding the expectations clearly, I will provide a detailed quote for the project and schedule the work. I will put the right person on the job for each project, and I will actively manage and facilitate the project until completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I played D1 soccer in college and studied business. I’ve been in the Home Repair and Renovation industry for 6 years now throughout my entire professional career. My last venture, I was Vice President for a nationwide home repair company, and since then I have taken my know-how and experience to establish and grow my own business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Grandparents played a huge role in my passion in this industry, when I was growing up they owned a few rental properties. Rather than taking a lifeguard or fast-food job as a young teenager during the summers. I chose to run around to their properties helping with repairs, meeting with contractors, and learning how to speak the verbiage of the industry at a very young age. I was having fun! Now, I’ve used those skills and networking to establish Integral Renovation. Doesn’t feel like work when you enjoy what you are doing!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers. Most customers that I work with will become returning and lifelong clients as they know they can reach out to Integral Renovation for any household project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we did a full bathroom remodel. After our client agreed to the price, we spent about a week coordinating with them on the specific tile, vanities, and other materials that they wanted. From the start of the project to completion it took exactly 2 weeks (10 business days). There were many avenues of the project from demo, to plumbing, subfloor & framing, tile, drywall, paint, ect. We kept each stage of the project moving seamlessly and were able to complete everything within the timeline that we discussed with our client. The bathroom turned out amazing!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communication is key and it sets the stage for the quality of the work and overall experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You should always want a professional point of contact for every project. No matter how big or small. If you have someone managing the entire process for you, and coordinating each step along the way, it will make your overall experience hassle free and seamless.
